Swimming lessons are underway at the Toppenish pool. The Toppenish pool staff will offer four swimming lesson sessions. Registration for Session II will be July 2 and 3, with the second lesson series underway on July 6. Session III begins July 20 and Session IV will start Aug. 3. The fee for swimming lessons is $25 for Toppenish residents and $31 for non-residents. Swimming lesson registration is at the pool. The Toppenish pool is open daily for public and family swimming. For a complete list of pool swimming times, contact the pool or City hall. Daily swimming fees are $3 for adults in Toppenish, $3.75 for adult non-residents, $2 for Toppenish children 12 and under and $2.75 for children outside the Toppenish area. Individual and family pool passes are available at Toppenish City Hall.
