Santa and Mrs. Claus greet children who took an “Express” train trip to the North Pole on Saturday, Nov. 28. The train ride was part of the Toppenish Toy Train Christmas event at the Northern Pacific Railroad Museum. In addition to riding on the trains and visiting with Santa, children and their parents are able to see 36 trains on display inside the museum. The Toy Train Christmas continues Dec. 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 and 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for children. Photos with Santa are also available for an additional charge. There is no cost to visit with the jolly ole’ elf and talk about Christmas wishes.
