Workmen replace two traffic light supporting arms last week at the intersection of Washington Avenue and East Toppenish Avenue. The Toppenish Public Works department said the new arms will make the traffic lights more readily visible to motorists by centering the lights over the appropriate lanes of travel. The light at that intersection will remain a blinking red.
