The 2010 Toppenish Junior Rodeo attracted 193 contestants during the annual event on Aug. 7 and 8. Rodeo organizers awarded seven saddles, seven runner-up breast collars and 40 buckles.
Susan Brumback-Kunert was named the 2010 Cowgirl of the Year and John Hill was awarded the 2010 Cowboy of the Year title by the Junior Rodeo Association board.
