ZILLAH — The owners of Zillah Lakes Development property have requested that the northern portion of the development be annexed into the city of Zillah.

A hearing is set before the city of Zillah Planning Commission on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at 7 p.m., in the city of Zillah Council Chambers located at 111 7th St. in Zillah.

The public is invited to attend this meeting and offer testimony.

The Planning Commission is expected to issue a recommendation to the city council concerning this issue.

The Zillah city council will then consider the recommendation on Monday, Aug. 18, at 7 p.m., for a final decision on the application.

The public is again invited to attend and offer testimony regarding the application.
