    Notice of Application Proposed Short Plat
    NOTICE OF APPLICATION: On October 10, 2011 the City of Toppenish received an application for short plat from Dahlia Sanchez and Melchor Chavez. This application was determined to be complete and ready for processing on December 12, 2011 and assigned file No. SP-02-2011.
    NATURE OF APPLICATION: The proposed short plat will subdivide an approximately 19,300 square foot parcel into two approximately equally sized lots for residential development. Public sewer and water will be provided to each lot.
